All Star Game Format


Selected tournament players will compete in the War For The Roses All-Star Game.

The game takes place between Team Blue and Team Red at 4:30pm, Saturday.

There are 3 periods. Each period is 15 minutes, stop time.

There will be 3 goalies per team and each goalie will play 1 period. 

NO OT PLAY.

A tie game results in a 9-player shootout (SO).

  • Each team member shoots before any one player can shoot twice.
  • All 3 all star goalies on each team participates.
  • Goalies must switch after 3 shots. 
  • If after 9 shots, a winner is still not declared, then a "best of 3" SO will take place.
    • each goalie rotates in for a shot.
  • if still tied, then a "sudden death" SO will take place.
    • each goalie rotates in for a shot (if required)
